We offer free shipping on every order.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it right away.

30-Day Happy-Dog Guarantee

We want your dog to love it. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, reach out and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Email sniffitupservice@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps. Items should be in their original condition where possible.

Damaged or wrong item?

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
